Ordering
Orders can be placed online and through our website.
By placing an order with us, you are expressly agreeing to the terms laid out herewith.
We cannot be held responsible for incorrect/ incomplete information of any kind. We will always try our best to reach you during studio opening hours; however, please do expect delays in the processing of your order should there be missing pieces of information.

Solemnisation Bundles
Each wedding bouquet is charged at $300, inclusive of a hand-tied arrangement and matching buttonhole.
Orders are confirmed once payment has been received in full.
Cancellations made at least 1 week before the scheduled wedding date are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 1 week before the wedding may be eligible for a partial refund, at Frändén & Co.’s discretion.
As flowers are seasonal, some blooms may vary from the images shown. The bouquet will always be created to reflect the style, color palette, and spirit of the chosen design.
Please provide accurate delivery details and preferred delivery or pickup time.
Frändén & Co. is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect delivery information.
Urgent Orders: Last-minute or urgent orders incur a $50 surcharge. Please email urgent@frandenandco.sg to discuss availability.
Frändén & Co. is not responsible for any damage to bouquets after delivery or pickup.
Subscriptions
Our subscription bouquets will be a seasonal choice of flowers, and the variety and colours will vary from week to week. Please trust us to ensure your flowers will never be mundane or boring!
Delivery of all subscription flowers will be on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, or Saturday afternoons between 1 pm and 6 pm.
Unless stated otherwise, if there is no one in, the flowers will be left in a safe place outside your front/back door.
All prices stated are for 1 delivery of subscription flowers.
Any vases broken after delivery cannot be replaced. Replacement vases may be purchased on request.
For all other subscriptions, cancellations are allowed after 1 charge (i.e., 1 week, 1 fortnight, or 1 month). We will need a cancellation notice 7 days in advance.
Prepaid subscriptions cannot be cancelled; however, if necessary, they can be transferred to a credit note, which can be used to purchase our bouquets. We will need an advance notice of 2 weeks or more. You will receive an email confirming this transfer.
If you would like to change the delivery address for your subscription, please also email us at least 7 days in advance. You will receive an email confirming the change in address.
Subscriptions can be postponed for up to 6 weeks if required. Please notify us by email at hello@frandenandco.sg at least a week in advance with details and proof of your plans. You will receive an email confirming the suspension. Your subscription will then be extended by the same number of weeks. Please note that subscriptions can only be postponed for no more than 6 weeks within a 6-month period.
Availability of Flowers
Our ‘raison d’être’ is to bring fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced flowers to the people of Singapore. We handpick all our flowers from the market and, as such, the flowers always change. The hand-tied bouquet you choose when ordering reflects a style only, not a specific combination of blooms. If you would like a certain flower included in your bouquet, do let us know when ordering in the ‘Comments’ section.
Due to the seasonal and perishable nature of flowers, specific varieties may not always be available. In such cases, Frändén & Co. reserves the right to substitute with blooms of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style, colour palette, and spirit of your chosen design. Exact matches cannot be guaranteed.
Price & Payment
For all orders online, we accept MasterCard, VISA, and American Express.
For all orders placed over the phone, we accept all of the above plus PayPal (or cash if collecting from the studio).
We don’t, however, accept cash on delivery (COD).
All prices are calculated and charged in SGD.
To process all online payments, we use the secure online system, STRIPE. This is PCI-DSS compliant and ensures your card details are kept safe at all times. It also provides an option to save your details in order to streamline future purchases.
For all corporate and event contracts, payment must be made within 30 days of receipt of the invoice. Late payments will incur a ‘Delayed Payment’ charge of 5% of the original amount. This initial 5% will be added for every 30 days until the full amount is received.
Credit within the store must be used within a year, and full proof of acknowledgement of this credit will be required.
Flower Care
Flowers are just like us; they need love and care to keep them happy.
Take them out of the water and packaging we have sent them in. To last as long as possible, they need fresh, clean water daily and, if possible, re-cut their stems every 2 days to prevent rotting.
Where you can, ensure they are not placed in direct sunlight… they prefer the cool and calm.
If you would like to prolong the life of your flowers even further, you can add a sterilisation tablet to the water, for example, Milton.
If you have any queries or issues with your flowers, please contact us with photos within 3 days. Replacement flowers may be sent at our discretion; however, this will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
Gift Vouchers
All Gift Vouchers have a validity of 6 months from the date of issue.
No gift vouchers can be used in conjunction with discount codes.
All vouchers are valid for one-time use only.
The gift voucher is valid on all items on our website; it does not apply to items purchased physically in our studio.
Gift Vouchers are transferable but not exchangeable for cash refunds.
Discount Codes
All discount codes will expire after 3 months.
No voucher codes can be used in conjunction with any others.
All codes are valid for one-time use only.
Franden & Co reserves the right to change or withhold these codes at any time.
Our newsletter sign-up code can only be used on our Floral Bouquets size small and above only. This discount does not include the delivery charge.
Cancellations & Refunds
If you wish to cancel an order, please ensure you give us a call a minimum of 24 hours before the delivery date for a full refund.
During peak seasons, if you wish to cancel an order, please ensure you give us a call a minimum of 3 days before the delivery date for a full refund.
If by any chance or circumstance you feel that you are not happy with the flowers, please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery date, providing details and, where possible, photographs. We will do our very best to come to a fair resolution.
Any credits given (for future discounts, or as a result of an unfulfilled order) must be used within 1 month of the date the credit was awarded.
Damages
In the event of damage to any loaned items (vases, plinths, bowls, etc), the customer will be liable for the full market cost of replacement. This cost will be stated prior to accepting the order.
Corporate Contracts
Payment must be made on a monthly basis.
Contract cancellations/suspensions require a minimum of 3 weeks’ notice.

We are committed, compelled, and just a little crazy about making sure your flowers bring you as much joy as possible, so we welcome your feedback and/or wisecracks on our flowers and services.
Delivery
Deliveries will be between 12 pm - 6 pm on Mondays - Saturdays. Please select the preferred time slot at checkout.
Orders placed before Friday, 12 pm are eligible for Saturday delivery. We are closed on Sundays.
Eco-Delivery (10 am - 6 pm)
Our standard eco-delivery has a wider delivery window of 12pm - 6pm from Mondays to Saturdays. This allows us to plan an efficient route and cluster our deliveries together by area, which we hope is a step towards reducing our carbon footprint.
Delivery cost is charged at $15 per location at checkout page.
Kindly note that delivery might run a little past the stated duration during peak seasons (e.g. Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, etc.) due to the high volume of orders that we send out on a single day. If you strictly need the flowers by a certain time, please opt for express delivery to avoid disappointment.
Express Delivery
With our express delivery, you can choose from four convenient 2-hour time slots between 10am - 6pm: 10am - 12pm, 12pm - 2pm, 2pm - 4pm, or 4pm - 6pm.
Delivery cost is charged at $35 per location at checkout page.
Early Delivery (Before 10 am)
Delivery cost is charged at $45 per location for delivery before 10 am.

Late Night Delivery (After 6 pm)
Delivery cost is charged at $45 per location for delivery after 6 pm.

Re-Delivery Charge
We use a trusted and professional third-party to ensure your orders are delivered on time and in perfect condition. To help make this possible, please ensure that the recipient’s name and address are correct prior to confirming your order.
We will not be responsible for any misinformation on delivery details, and it is your responsibility to ensure all information entered during the checkout process is correct.
In the case where the delivery address was entered incorrectly by the customer during checkout, we will be able to re-deliver the flowers to a different location. There is a $20 re-delivery charge should that be the case.
If no one is available to take the delivery, we will be in touch with either the sender or recipient to get approval to leave flowers in a safe place. If both the sender and recipient are not contactable and unless specifically stated to leave flowers outside the delivery address, we will schedule for a re-delivery. There is a $30 re-delivery charge should that be the case.
Once flowers are delivered to the address provided or left in a location agreed upon by the sender or recipient, responsibility for the condition of the flowers passes to the customer. Frändén & Co. cannot be held liable for theft, damage, or deterioration once delivery has been completed.
Workshops
A minimum of 10 participants is required for each workshop to proceed. In the event of low sign-ups, Frändén & Co. will notify you at least 3 days before the scheduled workshop. We reserve the right to cancel the class if the minimum number is not met.
If the workshop is cancelled by us, you may choose to:
transfer your full fee into workshop credit for a future session; or
receive a full refund.
Cancellations & Changes by Participants
If you need to make changes to your booking, please contact us at least 3 days before the workshop date, with your reason clearly stated. Frändén & Co. reserves the right to review all change or cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis.
For cancellations made with less than 3 days’ notice, or for no-shows, fees paid will be forfeited, and no refunds or credits will be issued.
Credit Notes
Credit notes are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
Credits may be used toward any future workshop or any Frändén & Co. floral product within the validity period.
If the workshop you wish to join has a higher fee, you will need to top up the difference.
If the workshop has a lower fee, the remaining credits may be used in part.
Please note: the validity period remains unchanged and cannot be extended.
We do not offer make-up sessions for missed workshops.
All flowers, foliage, materials, and tools required for the workshop will be fully provided by Frändén & Co.
Self-Collection
Self-collection from our studio at 21 Kim Yam Road can be done between 11am – 5pm, Mondays to Fridays. We do not offer self-collection on weekends unless otherwise stated.
Please drop us a line and let us know what time to expect you so we can ensure someone is available.
Frändén & Co. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to loss of enjoyment, missed events, or emotional distress. Our total liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

Force Majeure
Frändén & Co. shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, strikes, shortages, government restrictions, pandemics, or transport disruptions. In such cases, we will do our best to notify you promptly and make alternative arrangements where possible.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through discussion or mediation. If resolution is not possible, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
